Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread onto a light-colored baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 20 – 30 minutes until golden but not too browned. Cool, break apart and add dried fruit or coconut if desired.
