This skillet chicken dish is a great bonus meal to make while cooking with a friend. It can be thrown together quickly, simmer while you cook other foods with a friend and makes the perfect dinner for that night.

Ingredients
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
12 boneless chicken thighs
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tsp. ginger, minced
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup Tamari (or soy) sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive and sesame oil in a skillet over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for less than a minute. Add chicken breasts and sear for about 5 minutes on each side, seasoning with kosher salt and pepper.Once browned, glaze with honey. Add the Tamari sauce, orange juice and rice wine vinegar. Bring to a bubble, reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes to one hour. Serve with white rice and a vegetable for a perfect weekday family dinner.
