Let’s Get Ready to Spread the Word

For those of you who regularly cook with your friends and others who are “converts,” you know how contagious it is. You’ve “been there done that” and are hooked. We’re excited to announce that a whole lot more women are about to discover what we already know to be so great.

We’re excited to be partnering with Land O’Lakes Inc. in 650 Simple Goodness House Parties across the Northeastern United States. This Saturday, March 28th, an estimated 7,000 women will experience Cooking With Friends (some for the first time) while sampling foods made with Land O’Lakes’ trusted products. The estimated reach of these events is 200,000+ consumers.

Both Shannon and I fondly remember Land O’Lakes products filling our childhood refrigerators. To us, the company was, and still is, a household name. That’s why we were thrilled to be invited to be a part of their “Simple Goodness” house parties.

Guests at the “Simple Goodness” parties will have a fun, relaxing evening, cooking together in the hostess’ kitchen. They will receive party favors, including the Cooking With Friends Club Compatibility Quiz, a CWFC “How To Get Started” sheet, Land O’Lakes coupons, recipe book and shopping lists.

Although this is definitely a case of a little company (us!) partnering with a very big one, we share the common goal of bringing fun back into the kitchen, as many people are cooking at home now more than ever. This message resonates with American women, who are looking for creative ways to save money in their households.
