Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
2 shallots, peeled
Juice from 1 lemon
1 can of chick peas, drained
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
1/8 cup of olive oil
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
Directions
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade (or a powerful blender) add garlic, shallots, chick peas, lemon juice, salt, cumin and olive oil. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Mix in the chopped carrots and combine well.
