  1. Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Break the kale leaves (which have been washed and dried well) into quarter sized pieces.
  3. Place in a large bowl.
  4. Spray generously with grape-seed oil and toss well.
  5. Sprinkled with sea salt and nutritional yeast, tossing again.
  6. Lay the kale leaves in a single layer on two baking sheets, spreading the leaves apart so they do not overlap.
  7. Give a few more sprays of grape-seed oil.
  8. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking at 20, until crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
