Ingredients

head
kale
washed, dried and stems removed
2
tsp
sea salt
flaky
2
tsp
Nutritional yeast
Bragg is a good brand

Grape-seed oil
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Break the kale leaves (which have been washed and dried well) into quarter sized pieces.
Place in a large bowl.
Spray generously with grape-seed oil and toss well.
Sprinkled with sea salt and nutritional yeast, tossing again.
Lay the kale leaves in a single layer on two baking sheets, spreading the leaves apart so they do not overlap.
Give a few more sprays of grape-seed oil.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking at 20, until crispy.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
