Gefilte Fish Appetizer

gefilte fish
Premium Gold Manischewitz
1/4

lettuce
iceburg

whole
carrots
peeled, sliced into rounds
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
8
ounces
sour cream
full fat
1/2

salt
kosher

parsley
fresh, chopped finely

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

dijon mustard
coarsely ground
small kebob stikcs
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, cover peeled and cut carrot rounds with water and steam the carrots in the microwave for five minutes. Drain and cool.
Cut each piece of Gefilte fish into eight pieces.
Assemble a piece of fish and carrot on each stick and arrange on a platter.
Horseradish Sauce
in a medium sized bowl, whisk the sour cream, salt, parsley, lemon juice and mustard. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
