Ingredients
Gefilte Fish Appetizer
- 4 pieces gefilte fish Premium Gold Manischewitz
- 1/4 head lettuce iceburg
- 4 whole carrots peeled, sliced into rounds
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
- 8 ounces sour cream full fat
- 1/2 tsp salt kosher
- 2 tbs parsley fresh, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard coarsely ground
- small kebob stikcs

Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, cover peeled and cut carrot rounds with water and steam the carrots in the microwave for five minutes. Drain and cool.
- Cut each piece of Gefilte fish into eight pieces.
- Assemble a piece of fish and carrot on each stick and arrange on a platter.
Horseradish Sauce
- in a medium sized bowl, whisk the sour cream, salt, parsley, lemon juice and mustard. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
