Ingredients
- 1 head kale washed, dried and stems removed
- 2 tsp sea salt flaky
- 2 tsp Nutritional yeast Bragg is a good brand
- 20 sprays Grape-seed oil

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Break the kale leaves (which have been washed and dried well) into quarter sized pieces.
- Place in a large bowl.
- Spray generously with grape-seed oil and toss well.
- Sprinkled with sea salt and nutritional yeast, tossing again.
- Lay the kale leaves in a single layer on two baking sheets, spreading the leaves apart so they do not overlap.
- Give a few more sprays of grape-seed oil.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking at 20, until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
